True Love: Girl + Girl
18 February, 2009
This is a real story about my current relationship with the girl of my dreams. I am a girl, and I'm young, but i know what love is. This girl, which will remain nameless, is the best thing thats ever happened to me.
September 3, 2008. First day of highschool. Im feeling mixed emotions. First class was dance, which was really boring. Second class was English. Third class... Computers. I sat in the far corner of the room, hoping to not attract any more attention than i already have. With my choice of style, i dont think anyone missed out on me. My big hair, tight checkered jeans, cat-like eyeliner, and shoes that matched my jeans. The teacher started to take role as i curiously looked around to see my classmates. I immediately froze when i saw a gorgeous face staring back at me from the other side of the room. Short boy-like hair, eyeliner similar to mine, neon yellow zebra shirt, and black pants to complete her outfit. The teacher called her name, obviously, because she broke off the stare with a shy "Here" and slowly raised her hand for the teacher to see. I turned around in my chair, feeling my face turn red. My heart raced as i slowly turned back to see the pretty girl. She faced towards the floor. Anxious to see what she was doing, i duck my head a little to see under the desk. I saw her fidgetting her fingers and shaking her leg. I didnt notice how fast time was running, because all of a sudden the bell rang for fourth period. I grabbed my things and watched her walk out the door. I smiled to myself and went to choir. Choir, Life Skills, and Math class were spent carelessly spacing out.

I saw my friend from my pervious school standing alone at the bus stop. I ran up to her and hugged her tight. I was so happy to see her because she was the only person i knew. On the bus, we exchanged information about our first day of school, and i told her about "my girl". She llaughed at the thought of me liking a girl i dont even know. But i didnt care. I knew my feelings were real.
We walked to my house and the whole way there, i had flashbacks of that unforgettable face.

Computer Class! The teacher started getting organized, so ofcourse, we got assigned seats. "D**** S******" she called out and pointed to a seat next to the girl. I almost died when i found out i had to sit next to her. I saw her stiffen as i made my way to my new seat. I quickly sat down and remained uncomfortable and still for the remaining hour. Since it was the beginning of the year, the teacher asked us to take papers home to get signed and to be brought back for us to get started. She also asked for us to get phone numbers from atleast 3 students in the classroom as a homework assignment in case we were absent and need to know what we missed out that day. She asked for us to take out a piece of paper, and write down the numbers of the people sitting next to us. She hesitated to ask me for my number. She slid the paper in front of me, and asked for my number. I slowly wrote my number down and slid it back to her, along with my paper for her to fill out. She wrote her name and number, and next to her small printed name, drew a small heart. I looked up at her, but she was talking to someone else. I pretended not to notice it, or make a big deal about it. The bell rang, and i heard her give out a small sigh, as she gathered her things and left.

Day 3. I sat down in my seat and took out my reading book. I was reading Breaking Dawn. I guess she never saw a book so big, so she looked at me, and for the first time she spoke. "You like to read?"
I felt my heart jump as a reaction to her angelic voice. "...Well, these books are interesting to me."
She smiled a little and went back to reading her book.
Little by little, she started talking to me. Our relationship grew that day.
During lunch, i met up with my friend and we hung out. I saw a familiar figure brush past me. She turned back to look at me and smiled. My friend saw the reaction on my face, and figured that was the girl.
She thought she was pretty, but not as great as i had been describing her. I didnt care. I knew she was perfect.

Days and weeks went by, as i started talking to her more, and hugging her when we greeted eachother.
One day that my friend didnt show up to school, she offered to hang with me during lunch. I was happy to hear she wanted to spend time with me. I met her friends, which were really nice, and when lunch was over, she walked me to my next class. I figured she built up alot of confidence because when she hugged me, she lightly kissed my cheek with her soft lips. I blushed and giggled. She smiled and walked away.

One day, when she was walking me to fourth period, she asked me a question. At first the question wasnt all clear, but when i thought about it, it made sense and i was able to answer her. She asked what i was. I told her i was bisexual. She gave me a weird expression and started to laugh. She told me she was too! I laughed with her. I never wouldve thought that she would be bi.
When we got to the door of my class, the most amazing thing happened. She kissed me! i couldnt believe it. i felt so good inside. she smiled at me and walked away.

On November 20, 2008, we decided to make us official. We became a couple. Her being 16, me being 14. People looked at us weird, but all that mattered to us, was eachother.
I am still with her til this day, and it seems as though our love grows stronger with each day that we're together.
Who said two girls could'nt fall in love with eachother?...
